I had found the same intructions somewhere else, just in written form.  It's the exact same method he used, but, it was great to see someone go through the steps and you could SEE what they were doing.

 

I ended up redoing my suspenion setup to see if there would be any changes, but the results were the same.

 

I have realized however, that my stock suspension is too soft.  I had read that a bagillion times on the z1000 forums, but never understood until I saw this vid and put it together with my current settings.

 

Oh well, maybe after I lose another 20 lbs, then it MIGHT be more suitable for me.

That was really good info.  I might have to look into that during the winter season after I eat all the Holiday food
