Just wanted to tell everyone how horrible the shop is. I went in early last week and dropped off my tank. The fuel fitting wouldn't go in and where the fuel pump and tank meet wouldn't seal. I told them to order the nuts that hold the pump to the tank and also to order various small item parts. Last saturday I dropped of the bike and they PROMISED me that the bike would be done tuesday if there was nothing major wrong. I called at 2:00 on tuesday and they said that my bike wasn't on the schedule. they said that wednesday the bike would be done no problem. I went in today and they haven't done anything to the bike. They told me all the problems with the bike. The same problems that I told them on Saturday. they never ordered the nuts or other parts that I wanted. They just ordered them today and never got in touch with me to see if i wanted the parts here faster. I wouldn't be in a big hurry but I told them last week when I made the appointment that I was leaving soon. I will be gone for a year. They promised me that it would be done. the owner of the shop told me that it wasn't a big deal and it wasn't his problem. I just wanted to let everyone know how bad there service is. The bike will be going over to Evan Steel Performance.

This review matches other stories I have heard.
I guess if enough people have the same experience, there might be some truth to it.
Sorry for your troubles, man.

That sucks bro.
They do have some pretty machines to look at.....
You figure... if a shop is going to sell high maintenance finicky bikes (MV, Aprilia, Ducati), they'd be good with servicing them.

| As far as I'm concerned there's only one motorcycle mechanic in southern Arizona, and his name is Scott Bergen. Yep. He works at ESP. If you go anywhere else you're missing the boat, but that's just my 2 cents.

Evan and Phil are at some track this week doing some tire testing this week and I wanted to ride the bike before I left. That is the only reason that I didnt take my bike there. If they promised me my bike on tuesday then if it wasn't do by 6:00 when they close then they would work late into the night to get it fixed. There are many times that I have been at there shop at 9:00 picking up my bike to take it to the track the next day. ESP is hard working guys and renaissance could give two sh*ts to there customers. But that is how I see it.
